Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2007 Christies in London held the auction Russian Art, which included the work Les Fumeurs by Lado Gudiashvili. The price achieved of GBP 10,800.00 (€ 16,026.66) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lado Gudiashvili achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work By The Black Stream in November 2012 with an auction result of GBP 937,250.00 (€ 1,154,596.91).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2007 führte Christies in London die Auktion Russian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Les Fumeurs von Lado Gudiashvili zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 10.800,00 (€ 16.026,66) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 10.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lado Gudiashvili erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit By The Black Stream im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 937.250,00 (€ 1.154.596,91).
