The work Large Bowl by Ladi Kwali was worth GBP 4,410.00 (€ 5,131.14) to a buyer in May 2021. This price was achieved in the auction (Women) Artists at Sothebys in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 1,200.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Ladi Kwali have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Water Vessel in October this year with an auction result of GBP 21,760.00 (€ 24,986.53).

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion (Women) Artists bei Sothebys in London erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.200,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ladi Kwali auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Water Vessel im Oktober diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 21.760,00 (€ 24.986,53).
