In May 2014 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale), which included the work Sky High to the Blue by Kwon Ki-Soo. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 187,500.00 (€ 17,732.77), 25% above the upper estimate. Other works by Kwon Ki-Soo have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 275,000.00 (€ 27,267.49) in November 2012 for the work Red Table.

Im Mai 2014 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sky High to the Blue von Kwon Ki-Soo zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 187.500,00 (€ 17.732,77) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Kwon Ki-Soo haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 275.000,00 (€ 27.267,49) im November 2012 für die Arbeit Red Table beobachtet.
