Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2015 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Grace from Dafengtang Studio - Painting and Calligraphy by Chang Dai-chien and His School, which included the work Vegetables by Kuang Zhongying. The price achieved of HKD 5,900.00 (€ 689.28) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 5,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Kuang Zhongying have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bird On Branch in May 2016 with an auction result of HKD 29,500.00 (€ 3,409.65).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2015 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Grace from Dafengtang Studio - Painting and Calligraphy by Chang Dai-chien and His School durch, in der auch die Arbeit Vegetables von Kuang Zhongying zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 5.900,00 (€ 689,28) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 5.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kuang Zhongying auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bird On Branch im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 29.500,00 (€ 3.409,65).
