Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Kristina Matousch could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2020 for an unexpectedly low price. In the The value of Art –A contemporary collection H061 auction, the work "Speak" changed hands for SEK 2,800.00 (€ 269.98) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 4,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Kristina Matousch have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Periferi I.J." in April this year with an auction result of SEK 17,000.00 (€ 1,502.90).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Kristina Matousch konnte im Oktober 2020 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion The value of Art –A contemporary collection H061 wechselte die Arbeit "Speak" für SEK 2.800,00 (€ 269,98) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 4.000,00 – 5.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kristina Matousch auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Periferi I.J." im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 17.000,00 (€ 1.502,90).
