This artwork by Koloman Moser achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in June 2015. In the Posters auction, the work LESEN SIE sold for GBP 10,625.00 (€ 14,981.12) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Koloman Moser achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le choc des Titans in April last year with an auction result of EUR 384,300.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Koloman Moser erzielte im Juni 2015 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Posters wurde die Arbeit LESEN SIE für GBP 10.625,00 (€ 14.981,12) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Koloman Moser erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le choc des Titans im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 384.300,00.
