Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Klara Lidén could be acquired at Sothebys in London in May 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary Art Online auction, the work Untitled (Trashcan) changed hands for GBP 3,780.00 (€ 4,398.12) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Klara Lidén achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (Poster Painting) in February 2015 with an auction result of GBP 143,000.00 (€ 197,175.76).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Klara Lidén konnte im Mai 2021 bei Sothebys in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Contemporary Art Online wechselte die Arbeit Untitled (Trashcan) für GBP 3.780,00 (€ 4.398,12) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Klara Lidén erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled (Poster Painting) im Februar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 143.000,00 (€ 197.175,76).
