The work Composition by Kim Heung Sou was sold in the Japanese & Korean Art auction at Christies in New York in March 2010. The »bidding war« ended at USD 92,500.00 (€ 68,386.81), 32% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Kim Heung Sou - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled (Two figures), which sold at auction in September 2007 for USD 313,000.00 (€ 220,128.00).

Die Arbeit Composition von Kim Heung Sou wurde im März 2010 in der Auktion Japanese & Korean Art bei Christies in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 92.500,00 (€ 68.386,81) und damit 32% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Kim Heung Sou mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Untitled (Two figures) beobachtet, die im September 2007 für USD 313.000,00 (€ 220.128,00) versteigert wurde.
