A top price for Kiki Smith
In November 2005 Christies in New York held the auction POST-WAR AND CONTEMPORARY ART EVENING SALE, which included this untitled work by Kiki Smith. Here, the upper estimate of USD 250,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 284,800.00 (€ 241,560.64). With this result, this work without title is even the most expensive work of art by Kiki Smith that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im November 2005 führte Christies in New York die Auktion POST-WAR AND CONTEMPORARY ART EVENING SALE durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Kiki Smith zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 250.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 284.800,00 (€ 241.560,64) einen neuen Besitzer.
