It achieved a price of GBP 3,250.00 (€ 3,907.76), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 63%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Kenneth Webb - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Poppies, which sold at auction in May 2008 for GBP 10,625.00 (€ 13,515.46).

Die Arbeit Trees and Snow, Co. Antrim von Kenneth Webb wurde im Juli 2010 in der Auktion 20th Century British Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 3.250,00 (€ 3.907,76) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 63%. Für andere Arbeiten von Kenneth Webb mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Poppies beobachtet, die im Mai 2008 für GBP 10.625,00 (€ 13.515,46) versteigert wurde.
