In December 2011 Christies in New York held the auction Photographs Including Crossing America: Photographs from The Consolidated Freightways Collection, Part II, which included the work Wisconsin, 1979 by Kenneth Josephson. The »bidding war« ended at USD 4,000.00 (€ 3,083.33), 60% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Kenneth Josephson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work 'Ken Josephson' in October 2009 with an auction result of USD 18,750.00 (€ 12,707.56).

Im Dezember 2011 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Photographs Including Crossing America: Photographs from The Consolidated Freightways Collection, Part II durch, in der auch die Arbeit Wisconsin, 1979 von Kenneth Josephson zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 4.000,00 (€ 3.083,33) und damit 60% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kenneth Josephson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit 'Ken Josephson' im Oktober 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 18.750,00 (€ 12.707,56).
