Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Abstract Composition On Black by Kenneth Hall was sold in the Irish Art auction at Sothebys in London in September 2018. The price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,211.73) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Kenneth Hall - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Boats, which sold at auction in September 2018 for GBP 12,500.00 (€ 14,039.11).
