Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A colourful bouquet by Kees Maks was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2011. The price achieved of EUR 10,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Kees Maks achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dutch Tuinscene - Garden Scene in December 2008 with an auction result of EUR 144,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit A colourful bouquet von Kees Maks kam im November 2011 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 10.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Kees Maks erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dutch Tuinscene - Garden Scene im Dezember 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 144.750,00.
