The price achieved of GBP 4,826.00 (€ 4,826.00) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Kate Pincus-Whitney - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Paradise à la Carte: Parilla in the Boedo (Capital City Buenos Aires), which sold at auction in December last year for GBP 15,120.00 (€ 17,069.01).
