Sold at the upper estimate price
The work Small Waddesdon Wall Vase Green by Kate Malone was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2018. The auction ended at the price of GBP 500.00 (€ 563.98), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 300.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Kate Malone achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cotignac seed in May last year with an auction result of GBP 12,600.00 (€ 14,822.70).

Die Arbeit Small Waddesdon Wall Vase Green von Kate Malone kam im November 2018 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 500,00 (€ 563,98) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 300,00 – 500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Kate Malone erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Cotignac seed im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 12.600,00 (€ 14.822,70).
