Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In January last year POLY in Poly Auction App held the auction ARTitude, which included the work The Fly by Kasing Lung. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 33,600.00 (€ 3,844.88). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Kasing Lung achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Otto Ule (Painted In 2018) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 144,000.00 (€ 147,052.17).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Januar letzten Jahres führte POLY in Poly Auction App die Auktion ARTitude durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Fly von Kasing Lung zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 30.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 33.600,00 (€ 3.844,88) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Kasing Lung erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Otto Ule (Painted In 2018) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 144.000,00 (€ 147.052,17).
