Sold at the upper estimate price
The work "Kruthuset, Christiansö" by Karl Isakson was sold in the Moderna auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in April 2016. The auction ended at the price of SEK 50,000.00 (€ 5,440.96), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of SEK 40,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Karl Isakson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Nature Morte in November 2005 with an auction result of EUR 26,400.00.
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit "Kruthuset, Christiansö" von Karl Isakson wurde im April 2016 in der Auktion Moderna bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 50.000,00 (€ 5.440,96) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 40.000,00 – 50.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Karl Isakson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Nature Morte im November 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 26.400,00.
