In September 2012 Christies in New York held the auction Japanese & Korean Art, which included the work Two horses by Kano Yasunobu. The result of USD 3,000.00 (€ 2,333.54) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Other works by Kano Yasunobu have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2010 the work Gibbons Grasping At The Reflected Moon was auctioned for USD 5,000.00 (€ 3,696.58).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im September 2012 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Japanese & Korean Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Two horses von Kano Yasunobu zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 3.000,00 (€ 2.333,54) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Kano Yasunobu konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März 2010 die Arbeit Gibbons Grasping At The Reflected Moon für USD 5.000,00 (€ 3.696,58) versteigert.
