A top price for Kano Yasunobu - as previously expected
The work Gibbons Grasping At The Reflected Moon by Kano Yasunobu was sold in the Japanese & Korean Art auction at Christies in New York in March 2010. The result of USD 5,000.00 (€ 3,696.58) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Gibbons Grasping At The Reflected Moon is the most expensive artwork by Kano Yasunobu that we have observed at auctions so far.
