The work Jurojin by Kano Tsunenobu was auctioned at Christies in New York in September 2013. The result of USD 6,000.00 (€ 4,432.95) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Kano Tsunenobu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Chrysanthemums Blooming in a Garden in September 2020 with an auction result of USD 175,000.00 (€ 149,342.89).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Jurojin von Kano Tsunenobu kam im September 2013 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 6.000,00 (€ 4.432,95) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Kano Tsunenobu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Chrysanthemums Blooming in a Garden im September 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 175.000,00 (€ 149.342,89).
