Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In September 2009 Christies in New York held the auction Japanese and Korean Art, which included the work Boy, 2008 by Kang Kanghoon. Here, the upper estimate of USD 9,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 10,000.00 (€ 6,835.27). Other works by Kang Kanghoon have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 100,000.00 (€ 8,945.46) in May 2011 for the work Modern Boy: Your Toy.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im September 2009 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Japanese and Korean Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Boy, 2008 von Kang Kanghoon zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 9.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 10.000,00 (€ 6.835,27) einen neuen Besitzer.
