Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Form by Kan Tai-Keung was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2013. The price achieved of HKD 46,000.00 (€ 4,365.16) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Kan Tai-Keung - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Wisdom And Behaviour, which sold at auction in April 2015 for HKD 82,600.00 (€ 9,546.14).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Form von Kan Tai-Keung kam im Oktober 2013 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 46.000,00 (€ 4.365,16) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Kan Tai-Keung mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Wisdom And Behaviour beobachtet, die im April 2015 für HKD 82.600,00 (€ 9.546,14) versteigert wurde.
