Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction 20th Century Art: A Different Perspective, which included the work Půjdete na chvíli by Kamil Lhoták. The price achieved of GBP 2,016.00 (€ 2,366.97) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Kamil Lhoták achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Czech balloons in November 2013 with an auction result of GBP 60,000.00 (€ 72,201.97).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion 20th Century Art: A Different Perspective durch, in der auch die Arbeit Půjdete na chvíli von Kamil Lhoták zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.016,00 (€ 2.366,97) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.500,00 – 2.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Kamil Lhoták erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Czech balloons im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 60.000,00 (€ 72.201,97).
