Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Karl Gustaf Nilson could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2012 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern Autumn Sale, Stockholm auction, this work without title changed hands for SEK 23,000.00 (€ 2,674.87) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Karl Gustaf Nilson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Den växande staden", which sold at auction in November 2021 for SEK 65,000.00 (€ 6,340.48).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Karl Gustaf Nilson konnte im Oktober 2012 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Modern Autumn Sale, Stockholm wechselte diese Arbeit ohne Titel für SEK 23.000,00 (€ 2.674,87) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 30.000,00 – 40.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Karl Gustaf Nilson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Den växande staden" beobachtet, die im November 2021 für SEK 65.000,00 (€ 6.340,48) versteigert wurde.
