In July 2008 Christies in London held the auction 19th Century European Art including Orientalist and Spanish Art, which included the work Musical enchantment by Julius Berger. The result of GBP 25,000.00 (€ 31,762.78) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Other works by Julius Berger have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2005 the work Entertaining The Pasha was auctioned for GBP 42,000.00 (€ 62,246.65).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 25.000,00 (€ 31.762,78) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 25.000,00 – 35.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Julius Berger konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juni 2005 die Arbeit Entertaining The Pasha für GBP 42.000,00 (€ 62.246,65) versteigert.
