Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Masque by Julio González was auctioned at Bonhams in April this year. It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,650.00 (€ 8,718.51) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Julio González achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Masque 'Ombre Et Lumière' in February 2011 with an auction result of GBP 4,633,250.00 (€ 5,457,580.86).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Masque von Julio González kam im April diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 7.650,00 (€ 8.718,51) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Julio González erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Masque 'Ombre Et Lumière' im Februar 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 4.633.250,00 (€ 5.457.580,86).
