Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Julian Pace could be acquired at Phillips in 7 - in September this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Satellite: Online Auction auction, the work Mr. Mort changed hands for HKD 10,160.00 (€ 1,225.84) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of HKD 20,000.00 – 40,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Julian Pace achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Kanye in October last year with an auction result of GBP 113,400.00 (€ 132,109.74).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Julian Pace konnte im September diesen Jahres bei Phillips in 7 - für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Satellite: Online Auction wechselte die Arbeit Mr. Mort für HKD 10.160,00 (€ 1.225,84) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 20.000,00 – 40.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Julian Pace erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Kanye im Oktober letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 113.400,00 (€ 132.109,74).
