Admittedly, works by Jules Tavernier have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Figure on a Rock Ledge with an Expansive Landscape Beyond in April this year with an auction result of USD 151,575.00 (€ 137,296.20).

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion The Art of Hawaiʻi bei Bonhams in Los Angeles erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von USD 7.000,00 um ein Vielfaches.
