Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Kate Moss, from the 'Kate Moss Portfolio', 2000 by Jürgen Teller was sold in the Photographs auction at Christies in London in May 2018. The price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,270.24) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jürgen Teller have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Paradis XVIII. in June 2021 with an auction result of EUR 20,640.00.

Die Arbeit Kate Moss, from the 'Kate Moss Portfolio', 2000 von Jürgen Teller wurde im Mai 2018 in der Auktion Photographs bei Christies in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.270,24) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jürgen Teller auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Paradis XVIII. im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 20.640,00.
