A top price for Juana Francés - as previously expected
The work Com la tierra by Juana Francés was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in June 2021. The price achieved of EUR 12,600.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Com la tierra is the most expensive artwork by Juana Francés that we have observed at auctions so far.
