The work Figura en pie by Juan Munoz was sold in the Post War & Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Paris in December 2021. It achieved a price of EUR 237,500.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 32 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Juan Munoz achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Conversation Piece Iii in May 2010 with an auction result of USD 4,898,500.00 (€ 3,960,303.99).

Die Arbeit Figura en pie von Juan Munoz wurde im Dezember 2021 in der Auktion Post War & Contemporary Art bei Christies in Paris versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 237.500,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 32 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Juan Munoz erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Conversation Piece Iii im Mai 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 4.898.500,00 (€ 3.960.303,99).
