This artwork by Ju Jie achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2005. In the FINE CLASSICAL CHINESE PAINTINGS AND CALLIGRAPHY auction, the work Landscape sold for HKD 168,000.00 (€ 18,381.68) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ju Jie achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Green Mountain After Rain in September 2015 with an auction result of USD 394,000.00 (€ 352,983.34).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Ju Jie erzielte im November 2005 bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion FINE CLASSICAL CHINESE PAINTINGS AND CALLIGRAPHY wurde die Arbeit Landscape für HKD 168.000,00 (€ 18.381,68) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 60.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ju Jie erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Green Mountain After Rain im September 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 394.000,00 (€ 352.983,34).
