Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Ju Jie achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2018. In the Fine Classical Chinese Paintings auction, the work Landscape After Gao Kegong sold for HKD 81,250.00 (€ 8,573.17) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 40,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ju Jie achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Green Mountain After Rain in September 2015 with an auction result of USD 394,000.00 (€ 352,983.34).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Ju Jie erzielte im April 2018 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Classical Chinese Paintings wurde die Arbeit Landscape After Gao Kegong für HKD 81.250,00 (€ 8.573,17) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 40.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ju Jie erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Green Mountain After Rain im September 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 394.000,00 (€ 352.983,34).
