Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Joseph Schranz; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot View Of Corfu From The Island Of Vido sold at auction in December 2007 with the realized price of GBP 18,500.00 (€ 25,138.36).
