The price achieved of USD 61,000.00 (€ 39,182.94) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Admittedly, works by Joseph Kleitsch have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Park Avenue, Old Laguna in November 2001 with an auction result of USD 336,000.00 (€ 375,083.72).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 61.000,00 (€ 39.182,94) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden.
