Auction result misses estimated price range
In February 2012 a collector was able to acquire the work Nightwind by Joseph Hirsch for USD 1,625.00 (€ 1,216.41). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Joseph Hirsch achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sextet in March 2015 with an auction result of USD 23,750.00 (€ 22,111.54).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Februar 2012 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Nightwind von Joseph Hirsch für USD 1.625,00 (€ 1.216,41) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Joseph Hirsch erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sextet im März 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 23.750,00 (€ 22.111,54).
