Auction result well in line with expectations
The work View Of An Imaginary Port With Ruins, A Galley At Anchor, Fishermen And Members Of Nobility by Joseph Heintz the Younger was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in January 2015. The price achieved of USD 50,000.00 (€ 44,286.98) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Joseph Heintz the Younger achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lo Sbarco Alla Piazzetta di San Marco di Un Capitan da Mar, Accolto Dal Doge Francesco Molin in November 2006 with an auction result of EUR 517,800.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit View Of An Imaginary Port With Ruins, A Galley At Anchor, Fishermen And Members Of Nobility von Joseph Heintz the Younger kam im Januar 2015 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion.
