In the Important Canadian Art auction, the work Les Deux Isles (The Two Islands) changed hands for CAD 11,400.00 (€ 8,185.23) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of CAD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Despite this disappointing result, Les Deux Isles (The Two Islands) is the most expensive artwork by Joseph Francis Plaskett that we have observed at auction so far.
