Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2002 Christies in New York held the auction The House Sale, which included the work Baron Geneology: Eight Plates of Heraldic Crests by Joseph Edmondson. The »bidding war« ended at USD 2,350.00 (€ 2,610.53), 18% above the upper estimate. Other works by Joseph Edmondson have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 4,541.00 (€ 3,354.26) in December 2004 for the work Baron Geneology: Twelve Plates.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April 2002 führte Christies in New York die Auktion The House Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Baron Geneology: Eight Plates of Heraldic Crests von Joseph Edmondson zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 2.350,00 (€ 2.610,53) und damit 18% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Joseph Edmondson haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 4.541,00 (€ 3.354,26) im Dezember 2004 für die Arbeit Baron Geneology: Twelve Plates beobachtet.
