In the Paintings, Drawings and Watercolours auction, the work A Fair In Leiden sold for EUR 3,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Joseph Bles achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dutch The Daily Market On The Groenmarkt With The St. Jacobskerk In The Back, The Hague in October 2008 with an auction result of EUR 46,350.00.
