Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Josef Šíma was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in December 2019. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 52,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Josef Šíma achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Jour du royal bleu in June this year with an auction result of EUR 806,400.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Josef Šíma kam im Dezember 2019 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 50.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 52.500,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Josef Šíma erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Jour du royal bleu im Juni diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 806.400,00.
