Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sans Titre by Josef Šíma was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in December 2021. The price achieved of EUR 39,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Josef Šíma achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Jour du royal bleu in June this year with an auction result of EUR 806,400.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sans Titre von Josef Šíma kam im Dezember 2021 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 39.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Josef Šíma erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Jour du royal bleu im Juni diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 806.400,00.
