Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Josef Šíma achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in June 2021. In the Post-War & Contemporary Art - Day Sale auction, the work Sans Titre - 1969 sold for EUR 32,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Josef Šíma achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Jour du royal bleu in June this year with an auction result of EUR 806,400.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Josef Šíma erzielte im Juni 2021 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art - Day Sale wurde die Arbeit Sans Titre - 1969 für EUR 32.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 12.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Josef Šíma erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Jour du royal bleu im Juni diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 806.400,00.
