Auction result misses estimated price range

In the The Duarte Pinto Coelho Collection From the distinguished decorator's houses in Madrid and Trujillo, Spain auction, the work Maternidad de la mesa camilla changed hands for GBP 3,500.00 (€ 4,016.77) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Other works by José Vento have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in July 2011 by the work Niño con su Caballo at GBP 6,000.00 (€ 6,885.90).
