A top price for José Bento - as previously expected
The work Árvore by José Bento was auctioned at Christies in New York in November 2012. The result of USD 10,000.00 (€ 7,686.40) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Árvore is the most expensive artwork by José Bento that we have observed at auctions so far.
