In November 2018 Christies in New York held the auction Latin American Art Online, which included the work Nkuyo by José Bedia. The result of USD 3,000.00 (€ 2,649.47) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by José Bedia achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work !Ay Tatá! ?Hasta Cuándo? in November 2006 with an auction result of USD 61,200.00 (€ 46,150.37).

Im November 2018 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Latin American Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Nkuyo von José Bedia zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 3.000,00 (€ 2.649,47) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von José Bedia erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit !Ay Tatá! ?Hasta Cuándo? im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 61.200,00 (€ 46.150,37).
