Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2006 a collector was able to acquire the work Assemblage by Jos Manders for EUR 1,440.00. This price was achieved in the auction 20th Century Art at Christies in Amsterdam and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jos Manders - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Dutch untitled, which sold at auction in June 2010 for EUR 5,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2006 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Assemblage von Jos Manders für EUR 1.440,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion 20th Century Art bei Christies in Amsterdam erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Jos Manders mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Dutch untitled beobachtet, die im Juni 2010 für EUR 5.000,00 versteigert wurde.
