Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2021 a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Jordan Wolfson for GBP 5,670.00 (€ 6,597.18). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art Online at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jordan Wolfson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in June 2021 with an auction result of HKD 2,016,000.00 (€ 218,989.87).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2021 konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Jordan Wolfson für GBP 5.670,00 (€ 6.597,18) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art Online bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 12.000,00 – 18.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jordan Wolfson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.016.000,00 (€ 218.989,87).
