The »bidding war« ended at EUR 49,000.00 40% above the upper estimate. With this result, A Pair of Shoes is even the most expensive work of art by Jopie Huisman that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit A Pair of Shoes von Jopie Huisman wurde im Mai 2010 in der Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert.
