Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A soldier, full-length, his arms folded by John Michael Rysbrack was sold in the Old Master and British Pictures and Old Master Drawings auction at Christies in London in April 2007. It changed hands for a price of GBP 960.00 (€ 1,405.56) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 700.00 – 1,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by John Michael Rysbrack achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bust Of King George Ii (1683-1760) in October 2017 with an auction result of GBP 162,500.00 (€ 185,281.81).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit A soldier, full-length, his arms folded von John Michael Rysbrack wurde im April 2007 in der Auktion Old Master and British Pictures and Old Master Drawings bei Christies in London versteigert.
